AUTISM - CALMING BLEND

CALMING BLEND is an ALL Natural blend of Essential Oils. This blend of oils is targeted for calming. This product would be used if you desire a slight need to calm. There are other products to use for an extreme need to calm (Stress & Anxiety Blend). If you need to chill just a bit, chose the Calming Blend.

Apply as needed to the back of the neck, temples & wrists. With oils on your hands, cup your hands around the nose and inhale several times through the nose and out through the mouth.
